When a member gets an interview, they can book a short call with us to prepare. You help them practise their answers, understand the company and the role, and walk in confident.
What you'll do
- Run 20-minute interview preparation calls by video, Monday to Friday.
- Practise common and role-specific questions with members and give clear feedback.
- Help members prepare questions to ask and talk about pay.
- Write a short note after each call.
What you'll need
- Experience in recruitment, HR, hiring or career coaching.
- Confident, clear spoken and written English.
- Available for calls between 11:00 and 14:00 Lagos time on weekdays.
