How do I pay?
Online by card on a secure checkout page, once you're signed in. Premium starts as soon as the payment goes through, and each monthly renewal is charged to the same card. Basic is free, so there's nothing to pay.
How long does a plan last?
Premium is billed monthly and renews automatically until you cancel. Basic is free and doesn't end.
How do I cancel Premium?
Cancel any time from Membership in your account, no questions asked. Premium stays on until the end of the month you've paid for.
Where can I see my plan?
On your membership page, with the date it renews or ends and your invoices.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If we don't review your CV and LinkedIn page within 72 hours of you joining Premium and uploading your CV, you get a 100% refund. Other requests are looked at case by case. Basic is free, so there's nothing to refund. Read the refund policy
