Refund Policy
Last updated 25 October 2026
This policy explains when you can get your money back for Premium membership and how to ask. Basic membership is free, so there is nothing to refund.
1. Our promise: your CV and LinkedIn within 72 hours
When you join Premium, our team reviews and edits your CV and your LinkedIn profile. You can download your edited CV as a PDF or Word file from your account.
If we do not review your CV and LinkedIn page within 72 hours, we will give you a 100% refund of your Premium payment.
2. When the 72 hours start
The 72 hours start once you have both joined Premium and uploaded your CV to your account. If you upload your CV after you join, they start from the day you upload it.
Working days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays in Nigeria. Add your LinkedIn link to your profile as well, so we can review it at the same time.
3. Other refund requests
If you are unhappy for any other reason, tell us. We review every other refund request on a case-by-case basis, looking at what happened and what we have already delivered, and we will explain our decision.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email jobs@workremote.ng from the email address on your WorkRemote.ng account, and tell us briefly why you are asking. Using that address lets us find your account and payment and confirm the request is really from you.
5. How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid to the original payment method, the card or account you paid with. We cannot send a refund to a different card, account or person. Once we have sent it, your bank may take a few working days to show it.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel Premium at any time from Billing in your account, no questions asked. You keep Premium until the end of the month you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not by itself refund the month you are in, so if you also want a refund, ask for one as described above.
7. Your rights
Nothing in this policy affects any right to a refund that you have under Nigerian consumer protection law. Our Terms of Service cover the rest of how membership works.
